Q: When will I be billed for my new subscription?

A: Subscriptions are immediately charged upon sign-up. Subscribing before the 20th of the month will result in a next-day shipment of the current month's pins, while subscribing on the 20th or later will start the subscription the following month but you will still be billed straight away. 

Q: When will recurring subscriptions be billed?

A: Recurring subscriptions will be billed on the 1st of every month, unless it's a prepaid subscription in which case it will be every 3, 6 or 12 months.

A: All subscriptions will ship by the 10th of the month.

Q: Can I purchase retail products and add them to my next subscription shipment without paying extra for shipping?

Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

A: Yes, subscribers can pause or cancel their subscription at any time via the member portal.

Q: Are there discounts for prepaid subscriptions?

A: Yes, 3 month prepaid subscription gets 10% discount, 6 month prepaid gets 15% discount, 12 month prepaid gets 20% discount.

Q: What happens if I pause or cancel my subscription?

A: If you are subscribing month to month, it will pause or cancel straight away. If you have prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months, it will automatically pause or cancel at the end of the period you have paid for. 

Q: Is the payment system secure?

A: Yes, we use a secure payment system and we can't access your payment details as they are encrypted.

A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and gift cards.
