Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at support@hellmouthpins.ca as soon as possible. However, please note that once you have received a shipment confirmation email, we will no longer be able to cancel your order or provide a refund. All sales are final after that point.
If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 12 business days at support@hellmouthpins.ca with a photo of the damage. We will be happy to assist you with an exchange in this case.
Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any orders, except in the case of damaged goods as mentioned above.
